Manual folding carton coding and folding carton serialization
M-FSM-TIJmini is an innovative desktop device for printing flat products such as folding boxes.
The products are placed manually on the conveyor belt, printed from above and collected at the end of the system. The portable system is equipped with a Wolke m610 Touch thermal inkjet system. An upgrade to a manual serialization system with b+b line manager and full vision system is optionally available. The conveyor belt is driven by a powerful stepper motor with a constant speed. The transport belts are provided with crossbars at regular intervals in order to achieve constant product guidance and thus achieve a constant printing result.
The distance between the two toothed belt belts can be changed in a few simple steps in order to process different product widths. To process slightly slanted products, the positions of the crossbars can also be adjusted to one another.
Two other models in our M series are the two manual label dispensers M-TE80 . These labeling systems are suitable for quickly applying sealing labels to folding boxes across the corner and can be converted to a different folding box format in a matter of seconds. These two manual labeling machines are particularly suitable for processing small batches.
